New Homesites Delivered to 4 Builders

If you’ve been eagerly waiting to make the move to Harvest Green, we have great news — our builders have received new homesites! And that means you will soon be able to harvest a new home in our newest sections.

Johnson Development recently delivered 55-foot homesites to Coventry Homes and Lennar. Perry Homes and Westin Homes received 60-foot properties. There is a total of 63 homesites in the 55-foot section and 76 in the 60-foot section. Another 16 homesites earmarked for model homes also were delivered.

Coventry Homes has begun pre-sales of homes built on 55- and 75-foot homesites. Homes situated on 55-foot properties are priced from the $580,000s. Homes on 75-foot properties are priced from the $810,000s. You can contact Joanne DeCarlo for more information.

Highland Homes has started pre-selling their 65-foot products. Homes start from the $630,000s. Find out more here. Highland Homes will soon be constructing homes on 40-foot properties as well.

Future sections will also feature homes by builders Tri Pointe Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekly Homes, Newmark Homes, and D. R. Horton. Homesites have not yet been delivered to these builders but should be soon.

Tri Pointe Homes will be building on 40- and 75-foot homesites.  Homes on 45-foot homesites will be built by David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes. David Weekley will also offer homes situated on 65-foot properties. Newmark Homes and D. R. Horton will build on 50-foot homesites. Coventry Homes will join Tri Pointe Homes in offering homes on 75-foot properties.

All homesites are slated to be delivered by February 2023. Model homes are expected to start construction in December 2022.

The new expansion has room for approximately 1,400 new homes as well as multiple parks, lots of trails, open green spaces and a second pool.  Oyster Creek winds through the new property for approximately 1.7 miles. Residents of the new neighborhoods will also have access to everything that makes Harvest Green such a “farmtastic” community, including our 12-acre Village Farm, Farmhouse amenity center and three onsite Fort Bend ISD schools.
