Check Out What’s New Near Harvest GreenOnce a hidden gem, the Richmond area is growing. And as the population grows, so has the amount of retail. This year, Richmond welcomed cookies, coffee and pizza. Need to work it off? A new fitness studio opened, as well. Once you’ve tried them, stop by our community and say hi. Commons at Harvest Green just got a sweet new tenant. Baked-to-order warm cookie delivery phenomenon Tiff’s Treats celebrated its grand opening May. 14. The storefront sells piping hot cookies and brownies as well as decadent ice cream cookie sandwiches, truffles and more. They’ll also deliver just-baked, still-warm-from-the-oven cookies right to your door. Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen New York style pizza in Richmond? Yes, please. The pizza chain’s newest location opened a few months ago. Pizzas are smothered in a scratch-made sauce redolent with ripe tomatoes, Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil, basil and Italian parsley. The restaurant also offers salads, appetizers, soups and desserts. Want to get fit like undefeated champion Floyd Mayweather? Sign up for classes and get punching. You will burn a lot of calories during group sessions that combine boxing with strength and cardio conditioning intervals. Some classes are only 45 minutes long, giving you plenty of time to get on with the rest of your day. We’re over the moon about this new café located at Commons at Harvest Green. If you don’t know about it, you are missing out. Summer Moon features Texas oak-roasted coffee. Another perk is their signature “Moon Milk®” sweet cream. The seven-ingredient recipe is a secret but adds a rich taste to lattes and cappuccinos. Stop by and enjoy a cup inside or on the patio. Morning too busy? Good news. There’s a drive-thru!
