We’re Gonna Need a Bigger Trophy Case

The Greater Houston Builders Association recently hosted this year’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, recognizing excellence within Houston’s homebuilding industry, and let’s just say we’re going to need a bigger trophy case.

We took home three awards one each for the Village Farm, the Farmhouse and our website.

Our 12-acre Village Farm won Master-planned Community Best Amenity of the Year. They noted that our signature amenity provides an interactive, educational experience for residents that allows them to connect with a natural, sustainable lifestyle.

The farm served as inspiration for another award winner, our Farmhouse recreation complex. The Master-planned Community Recreation Center of the Year carries a farm-centric theme through both exterior and interior design including several “farm fashions” such as metal roofs, barn-style rooflines, stained concrete floors and beamed interior ceilings.

The Harvest Green website was recognized with a Master-planned Community Best Website of the Year award. We redesigned the site to appeal to a millennial audience and enhance user experience. Doing so improved newsletter registration, increased sessions and resulted in 16,005 page views for home and floor plan pages 90 days after the redesigned website launched.

These awards come on top of being named “Best Overall Community More than 600 Acres” during the 2021 Texas Association of Builders Texas Star Awards earlier this year.
