David Weekley, Perry Begin Sales in New Neighborhood

David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes have begun home sales in a new section of our community, which means you have even more options when it comes to purchasing a beautiful new home in Harvest Green. 

Both builders are offering designs situated on 45-foot homesites. This will be the first time David Weekley offers these floor plans in Harvest Green. Previously, they have offered homes designed for 65-foot properties. 

David Weekley’s five floor plans range from 1,693 to 2,316 square feet. Perry Homes already builds on 45-foot homesites in another section of Harvest Green. Thirteen floor plans, priced from the $290,000s, offer Perry perfection on a smaller scale without sacrificing quality or closet space. Home offices are set toward the front of the house so you can Zoom in private. Kitchen features include a walk-in pantry and generous island with built-in seating space. Game rooms provide a dedicated space for fun. 

Both builders will open model homes in a few months, but until then, you can view the new designs at their current model homes.
