More New Homes, Two Amazing Builders

If you are ready to make the move to Harvest Green, have we got some great news for you. David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes will soon begin building in a new section of our community.

The builders will offer home designs situated on 45-foot homesites. This is a first for David Weekley whose spacious floor plans already grace 65-foot properties in our community.

The builder has yet to release information about floor plans and pricing for the new designs, but interested home buyers can sign up for the David Weekley VIP list. VIPs will be the first to receive information and updates.

Perry Homes already builds on 45-foot homesites in another section of Harvest Green. The 14 beautifully deigned floor plans offer Perry perfection on a smaller scale without sacrificing quality or closet space.

Features include island kitchens with built-in seating, libraries with French doors, soaring ceilings and game rooms. Homes will range from 1,500 to 2,600 square feet.
