Be sure to bring your exercise mat and water bottle because Kory Johnson, our new Director of Fitness, and his staff will be leading a series of free exercise demos including strength and conditioning, Zumba and yoga classes.

Local providers will offer complimentary health screenings as well as detailing their services. You’ll also have an opportunity to browse vendors offering everything from fitness apparel and healthy eats to nutrition counseling.
