We Just Made the Nation's Top 50!

We didn’t think there could be anything better than being named one of the largest master-planned communities in Houston, but we were wrong. We just found out that we are now one of the top-selling communities in the nation!

Each year, two prestigious research and consulting firms focused on the housing industry — John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) — create lists of the top 50 master-planned communities, and we debuted on both of them!

Rankings are determined by the previous year’s sales. We recorded 315 sales in 2017, an unprecedented 25 percent increase that catapulted us into the No. 46 spot on the John Burns list. We ranked No. 47 on the RCLCO report.

John Burns surveyed 370 communities to determine the rankings, attributing the success of the top 50 to the presence of creative amenities, multiple builders and increased first-time buyer demand.

 As we are sure you’ve noted, when it comes to amenities, creativity is our middle name. We are one of the few communities in the United States with a working farm at our center. Residents enjoy access to plentiful produce through our weekly farmers market and a local CSA program, as well as opportunities to help out on the farm and rent growing plots.
