We’ve got exciting news to share. Your fresh starts in our amazing community have catapulted us into the top 10 on the Houston Business Journal’s list of the largest master-planned communities!

The revered publication ranked Houston-area communities based on the number of home starts between Oct. 1, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2017, to create a list of the top 20 largest master-planned communities. We nabbed the No. 7 spot with 323 home starts.

Finding out we were in the top 10 really made our day, and it’s all thanks to those of you chose our “farm-tastic” way of life!

A way of life that includes access to fresh produce grown by professional farmers on our 12-acre Village Farm, opportunities to grow your own food through our Farm Club or in your own backyard, more than 75 engaging resident events planned by our fabulous lifestyle director and a Farmhouse full of amenities. (We’ve also got farm animals, how many master-planned communities can say that?)

Our younger residents can walk to our on-site Fort Bend ISD schools, including our newest, Neill Elementary. They also can participate in camps, our merit badge program and help out during our Farm Fun Days.
