Plenty of Builder Incentives to Harvest in 2017Thanks to its family of builders, there is a bountiful harvest of reasons why homebuyers are looking to Harvest Green this year for their dream home. During January, homebuyers can receive $15,000 to use on closing costs or design center upgrades and $5,000 worth of granite when they purchase a build-to-order home from Westin Homes. Until March 31, Highland Homes buyers who use Highland LoanSource will receive up to $3,000 in closing costs and no loan origination fee, estimated to be a $3,800 value. Also until March 31, Darling Homes is turning dream homes into realities by offering half off design options up to $100,000. Newmark Homes is helping buyers with their “Ring in the New Year with Newmark” sales event. By purchasing a build-to-order home by Jan. 31, buyers may take advantage of $5,000 in design center credit or structural options and, if using a Newmark Homes’ approved lender, will receive an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan. Additionally, buyers will receive up to seven upgrades, such as a built-in appliance package and a mud set shower in the master bath. Visitors to a Plantation or Coventry model home from now to Jan. 22 have the chance to win a $500 VISA gift card and a pair of Super Bowl LI tickets. Plus, those purchasing a home through Jan. 31 can “Pick Three” from a range of upgrades and options. Buyers can select one item from each tier, with upgrades including a wine room; outdoor kitchen; refrigerator, washer and dryer; blinds; and money toward options. True to its name, Harvest Green is a master-planned Fort Bend community cultivated on the idea of a community farm. It is home to walkable trails, more than 300 acres of lakes and waterways, and a strong sense of community. |
