Deck the Halls with December Builder PromotionsDeck the halls with more than boughs of holly with December builder incentives that will have you singing fa-la-la all year long. Trendmaker Homes is adding a bright red bow to quick move-in homes with a promotion gifting buyers with $25,000 in design center credit for options and upgrades. Buyers should act quickly as the sale will be over Dec 11. Skip the mall and shop ‘til you drop with design center credit from Westin Homes, Darling Homes and Newmark Homes. Westin is offering buyers $15,000 to be used at the design center or for closing costs. Buyers also will receive $5,000 toward free granite. Darling is gifting customers with 10 percent of the base price of their new home to be used at the design center. Both offers end Dec. 31. Newmark’s buyers won’t have to write a letter to Santa in order to get the home of their dreams. The builder has a “Deck the Halls” promotion featuring up to seven upgrades — including Capri blinds, a built-in appliance package and hardwood floors — and $5,000 to use at the design center. In addition, buyers using Newmark Homes’ approved lender will receive an owners’ title policy in the amount of the loan. Leave the refrigerator and the coffee maker in your old home and enjoy a GE Cafe French door refrigerator with Keurig K-Cup Brewing System in your new Highland home. The builder is giving them away with the purchase of any new home until Dec. 31. Buyers also can save money on inventory homes. Plantation Homes is offering up to $200,000 in savings on select move-in ready homes during its Extreme Sales Event, while buyers of select Lennar homes will not have to pay closing costs. Meritage Homes also is offering no closing costs and will pay homeowners association fees for one year. There is still time to garner a membership to Black Hawk Country Club.
