Top Tier Houston Restaurants Plate Harvest Green ProduceIf you’ve eaten recently at some of Houston’s most high-profile restaurants, there is a good chance you’ve enjoyed some of nature’s bounty from Harvest Green. This summer, Agmenity co-founder Scott Snodgrass started delivering produce from Harvest Green’s Village Farm to several notable restaurants renowned for distinctive fare, including Underbelly, Pax Americana, Coltivare and Uchi. The bounty from Harvest Green has included tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, bell peppers, cucumbers, okra, eggplant and more. “We expect to double and even triple that list soon,” said Snodgrass, known as “Farmer Scott” to Harvest Green residents.
