Reap a Bushel of Savings with June Builder IncentivesReap a bushel of savings on electric bills, upgrades and closing costs with Harvest Green builder incentives throughout the month of June. Plantation Homes’ “Beat the Heat” promotion will yield twice the energy savings for buyers purchasing new homes by June 30. Once, with the builder paying new homeowners’ electricity bills for two years, and twice, with the continued energy savings provided by Plantation’s Environments for Living-certified homes. Two builders will help buyers cultivate the beauty of their new homes with design center credit, saving them thousands on options and upgrades. Meritage Homes invites customers to step up from standard features to a world of upgrades with half off design center options such as hardwood floors, quartz countertops, outdoor kitchens and more. Newmark Homes’ buyers will flourish in homes sporting free upgrades, as well as design center credit. From now until June 30, Newmark is offering numerous upgrades including cherry or maple cabinets, a choice of 16 granite countertops, hardwood flooring throughout the home and a Frigidaire professional appliance package. An additional dash of savings, in the form of a $5,000 design center credit, allows buyers to choose options that fit their lifestyles. Customers utilizing one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs. Trendmaker Homes is offering deep savings with a 4.5 percent incentive on inventory homes as part of its 45th anniversary “Sale-A-Bration.” Darling Homes, Highland Homes and Lennar Homes also are sowing savings with incentive packages that reduce or eliminate closing costs. Darling is offering qualified buyers up to $8,000 toward closing costs, while Highland will pay up to $13,000. Both promotions are good until June 30. Lennar will pay all closing costs with the purchase of a Lennar inventory home by Aug. 15 when buyers utilize Lennar’s approved lender. Harvest Green residents also will benefit from a variety of homegrown amenities, such as a community farm offering just-picked produce, optional backyard gardens and community events centered on gardening and outdoor activities. Under construction is a recreation center featuring a pool, fitness center and lakeside amphitheater. Homes in this unique Fort Bend community are priced from the $200,000s. Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, visit www.harvestgreentexas.com/builderincentives. |
